Our X-Series range of multi-chamber furnaces are advanced recycling systems designed to optimise the processing of post-consumer scrap. These furnaces feature multiple chambers that allow simultaneous de-coating and melting of various forms of aluminium providing excellent efficiency in the remelting process.

By combining the de-coating and melting phases the X-Series range supports sustainability goals with world leading aluminium recovery, emissions performance, and fuel efficiency.

With optimised scrap chamber hearth design and advanced thermal dynamics, the X-Series utilises both waste heat and VOC’s to reduce fuel consumption throughout the process cycle, leading to reduced emissions whilst maintaining high performance.
