Broken down into two categories Heat Treatment and Pre-Heating ovens our range includes both batch and continuous solutions along with dedicated handling equipment and ancillary vehicles.

Heat Treatment - This device heats, soaks and cools aluminium to prepare it for further working, rolling. There are two distinct types of Heat Treatment Oven and many subtypes depending on the material.  The two main types are Batch and Continuous Heat Treatment Ovens. Typically, continuous ovens relate the continuous heat treatment of Billets, homogenised molecularly prior to further manipulation or shipment to end user. A batch device, on the other hand, has a dedicated charging vehicle to load and unload billets and slabs from the oven.  But with both types, the treatment is essentially the same, Heat->Soak->Cool. The extent to which the material undergoes these elements, defines the characteristic of the treatment.
