The company has come along way from its humble beginnings in 1973, when its founders started their small engineering firm with a handful of loyal staff Mechatherm continued to grow steadily rising to new business challenges as the company and its business evolved.
The unprecedented levels of business that Mechatherm are currently undertaking has been a challenge to manage and has seen the internal organisation of the company adapting to the increased work load.
The company has been focusing heavily on a recruitment drive to strengthen key areas of the business. Several new appointments of highly skilled professionals in different disciplines complementary to the company’s needs have been made. New appointments include project managers, engineers, QA & QC specialists, site technicians, finance specialists and administrators, as well as new sales and technical services staff.
Mechatherm has been keen to ensure that the people recently hired have the relevant skill sets and experience to bring value to its organisation and contribute to the companies continued success as quickly as possible. 8 new appointments have been made from Fives Solios, tapping into the resources that have become available after the closure of the cast house entity Fives Solios Ltd, now bolstering the already experienced Mechatherm team.
Mechatherm has reached a permanent staffing level of 70 and has established its self as a team capable of implementing major global cast house project.
